Release 0.56.2

A transformers-only release against SKaiNET engine 0.56.0 (unchanged) — same pattern as 0.54.1 and 0.56.1.

What ships

• IreeMoonshineStream (iree-android: IreeMoonshineStream — the streaming Moonshine v2 speech-to-text runtime #450): libskainet_moonshine_stream.so (arm64-v8a + armeabi-v7a, Vulkan or CPU) — the streaming Moonshine v2 speech-to-text runtime over the five graphs of MoonshineV2ExportCli: PCM in, cumulative partial transcripts out, one exact full re-decode on finish(). Shaped like IreeKvSession. With the exporter (0.56.1) this is the last piece a Moonshine cartridge needed from a released artifact.

Release steps (GITFLOW)

1. Publish dry run on this branch (workflow_dispatch → publishToMavenLocal, no Central credentials) — must be green before merging.
2. Merge this PR into develop with a merge commit.
3. Wait until develop CI on that merge commit is green.
4. Annotated tag 0.56.2 on that merge commit → the publish workflow runs on the tag push.
5. Fast-forward main to the tag.
