Release 0.56.1

A transformers-only release against SKaiNET engine 0.56.0 (unchanged) — same pattern as 0.54.1.

What ships

• MoonshineV2ExportCli (moonshine v2: export CLI from a Hugging Face snapshot (no Python, runs from the published module) #446): Hugging Face moonshine_streaming snapshot → the five StableHLO graphs of the streaming contract + dec_embed.bin + vocab.bin + manifest.json, runnable from the published module, no Python. Byte-identical to the previous flow for the German tiny checkpoint; English differs only in frontend conv constants by ≤ 7.2e-7.
• MoonshineV2HfWeightMap (common) — DSL parameter → checkpoint tensor.
• Per-layer attention bands and split encoder/decoder widths for Moonshine v2 (moonshine v2: per-layer attention bands and split encoder/decoder widths #445) — the German and the small checkpoints.

Release steps (GITFLOW)

1. Publish dry run on this branch (workflow_dispatch → publishToMavenLocal, no Central credentials) — must be green before merging.
2. Merge this PR into develop with a merge commit.
3. Wait until develop CI on that merge commit is green.
4. Annotated tag 0.56.1 on that merge commit → the publish workflow runs on the tag push.
5. Fast-forward main to the tag.
