The live listing at https://devshelf.ritualdev.in/tools/solaris-dev-shop.html says the router assigns one specialist skill and that free-access limits may apply.
The source description in shelf/cli-tools.json is incomplete. The public repository says the router assigns one accountable lead and, when needed, supporting specialist skills. It does not start agents, call a model, or require an account. The repository is MIT and does not state a free-tier limit.
This changes only that description. I did not run the local pnpm build.
