Overview
Regrounds the repo on crc-sdk 0.7.1 / crc-framework 0.2.5 (uv sync --locked), replacing scattered crc-sdk==0.3.0 playbook install steps and refreshing the capability matrix, gap backlog, verification audit, and agricultural playbook (GloFAS default, one hazard per run, H3 cell matching, null vs outside-coverage map labels).

Docs and entry UX: README is shortened into a problem→skill→notebook→pipeline table; platform setup, Colab, Python, and live-demo details move to new ai-playbooks/docs/setup.md. AGENTS.md points at the refresh contract.

Agent skills: All eight SKILL.md files add a per-assessment canonical refresh (resolve crc-docs main SHA, load skill + deps from that commit, stop if unverified) and an execution reference to setup/capability docs. New skill-refresh.md defines pins, offline behavior, and provenance. Playbook references now defer versions to the lockfile.
