Add SimplePrompt dual-product release and public site

Summary

• add a central two-product configuration for PrompterPro and SimplePrompt, including renderer branding, Electron identity, isolated user data, green SimplePrompt accents, and product-aware server output
• package and publish both x64/ARM64 Store bundles from a two-entry GitHub Actions matrix, with SimplePrompt Store identity ReleasedPtyLtd.SimplePrompt and Store ID 9MT1X5BNTHQS
• add SimplePrompt Store listing, privacy, PFN/SID documentation, and focused manifest coverage
• add the responsive SimplePrompt public site with a reproducible static render step, Microsoft Store CTA, and $1.99 per month pricing

Notes

• Store publishing still requires the existing Partner Center secrets. PrompterPro also requires the MS_STORE_PRODUCT_ID repository variable; SimplePrompt uses Store ID 9MT1X5BNTHQS from the matrix.
• The Store bundles are intentionally unsigned for Microsoft Store submission.
• The Azure-hosted SimplePrompt site was deployed separately; this PR adds its reproducible source and build workflow.
