chore: lock mlkit without rationai-masks - #4

Relock rationai-mlkit from db38501 to ad433a8 (current master). Since RationAI/mlkit#12 mlkit builds heatmaps with ratiopath and no longer depends on rationai-masks, so the template stops pulling the GitLab masks library. mlkit#11 adds the deprecated dependency (and wrapt).
