Adds local-only dual-basis equity replay, paired-bundle export, and review-bound manifest generation/validation. Each basis and gross/1x/2x cost scenario maintains independent cash/holdings; records include window-opening state and scenario-specific fills/turnover. Metadata, input/code identities and complete object references are bound to review records; null/unknown declarations and synthetic dispatch manifests are rejected.

Validation: 50 focused synthetic tests, full-repository Ruff 0.15.9, and an end-to-end synthetic run on exchange-calendars 4.13.2 XNYS sessions. Four aliases sharing one synthetic adapter produce 8 structurally valid windows; omitting inception leaves 4. Real comparisons remain 0/8. No cloud input reads/dispatch, broker execution, deployment, credential or permission changes.

Draft for the batch's unified review. This is a restricted equity engine, not a qualified replay of the four real strategies. Real strategy/plugin adapters, historical inputs, enabled option joint accounting, non-linear/minimum-fee costs, full producer qualification and reviewed cloud identities/read access remain missing. Unsupported modes stop; existing consumer cost-return ordering stays enforced, so crossing independent return paths also stop. Review records bind bytes but do not authenticate a reviewer or authorize dispatch. No trading-diff PASS or live readiness is claimed.
