Remove internal dispatch/current-task maintenance from seven existing project documents while retaining lifecycle architecture, dated technical evidence, research/acceptance boundaries and existing references. Mixed passages remain when their technical/safety meaning cannot be separated.
The scope sentence requiring bounded phase/problem/artifact/evidence and forbidding expansion to other stages, repositories or execution targets has been restored verbatim. The existing canonical-document test now checks static reference identity, fresh runtime fact readback, bounded scope and serialized shared writes instead of four internal dispatch phrases. The other 49 required texts and all local-path negative assertions are unchanged. No test skip or guard relaxation.
The branch includes main 6e77bf9 (#719) by normal merge; its three identity-repair files are preserved exactly. Relative to that main, only the seven approved documents and existing document test differ. The other nine documents in the four-repository batch remain byte-identical to their first draft.
Validation: two existing document methods pass after base combination; protected-text comparison, exact path/mode/tree checks, whitespace and unchanged relative-link/anchor graph pass. Original text/mapping was archived before edits. Initial push/PR Python failures are preserved; new natural CI is tracked separately, with no rerun or dispatch.
Draft for one independent review of the complete documentation and necessary test compatibility change. No product/schema/dependency/permission changes, deployment or PR merge.
