The reusable drift workflow still checked out AIAuditBridge before the merged diagnostics and bilingual-summary changes. Pin its actual AAB checkout to main commit
9fe23596d3722777dfbd28eac1a710ab2b2d6431.Only this direct consumer changes; degraded/unavailable remains fail-closed, with no new model request, provider fallback, retry or trading authority. Strategy callers are migrated only after exact OIDC trust is installed.
Validation: reusable-workflow contract test and actionlint pass. AAB exact candidate CI (including installed SDK/CN and bilingual contracts) passed before merge; local direct drift/client/primary tests passed except the installed-SDK test because the local global environment does not install ai-gateway-client. No real drift/model run was triggered.
