The public site workflow has no dispatch switch to suppress Telegram, and the weekly source-snapshot workflow cannot publish its report to Pages in the same run.
Add a boolean
notifyinput (defaulttrue) to the public site workflow. Add opt-inpublish_siteandnotifyinputs to the weekly workflow, reusing its existing build command and the existing Pages/notification steps. With an explicitas_of, one weekly run now produces the source snapshot and publishes that same report; the run retains the weekly workflow identity required by the M0 ledger publisher. Scheduled behavior is unchanged.Validation:
actionlinton both changed workflows;git diff --check; 23 focused tests passed in the build-pipeline, M0 snapshot, and workflow-default suites. Only two workflow files change. No report-generation logic, dependencies, upstream research generation, or ledger trust checks change.
