Admit the reviewed SG/HK account snapshot producer through the existing image-only, no-traffic deployment path. Require the exact candidate, service/region, runtime identity and history settings; preserve serving configuration checks and account protections.
The daily consumer now resolves each supported target from the existing manifest. Only the exact HK read-only probe may be manually dispatched while paused. SG runtime admission requires the observed uppercase
SGdeployment selector and rejects lowercasesg.The build step initializes its own target variables. Workflow tests run each step in a separate shell and propagate step output only through
GITHUB_ENV.Validation: 105 targeted pytest cases, 58 image-only workflow cases, 6 lifecycle cases, Ruff, actionlint and diff checks passed. Independent Astra review passed. Read-only admission passed for the current HK and SG services; no producer deployment or new account display is claimed by this PR.
