• Connect verified paused-target inputs to the existing strict metadata-adoption and read-only probe configuration formats.
• Check current immutable revision account selectors, scope, deployment identity, actual traffic, original paused scheduler controls, complete request inspection and fresh independent Gateway evidence.
• Preserve historical observation times and require explicit sole-operator confirmation. This pure function performs no filesystem, cloud, broker or publication operations.
