The drift workflow still uses the older reusable workflow, so it does not adopt the reviewed AAB bilingual explanations and drift diagnostics. Pin the preflight QPK checkout, reusable workflow, and explicit runner input to 086166458d4e3f61bb8937054cf7e69ff6ef914a, whose AAB checkout is 9fe23596d3722777dfbd28eac1a710ab2b2d6431.
Keep the general package dependency at the existing canonical c764 pin. No schedules, strategy settings, trading permissions, or manual model requests change. Merge after the exact new OIDC trust is installed on the existing gateway.
Validation: drift/compatibility tests 3 passed; current QPK CI pin checker passed; git diff --check passed. Real model and natural drift execution have not been triggered.
