Opt existing advisory Evidence Gate/drift results into QPK's safe issue disposition and archive verdict artifacts. Add an independent scheduled/workflow-run dead-man monitor (default three failures/skips/missing cycles). All approvals close only the bot-owned review record; flags get one deeper Dot task under existing grants. Original evidence/READY/role gates remain unchanged; there is no automatic PR merge, code/configuration repair or trading action.
Depends on the QPK advisory-review draft and promotion of its approved runtime/reference. The monitor deliberately references that draft branch and must be pinned to the reviewed merge during adoption. Existing wheel digests, secrets, grants, release variables and live settings are not changed. HK/Crypto are stacked on harden's role/READY drafts, preserving those changes.
Validation: existing fake evidence-review/drift workflow tests and actionlint pass locally; full CI must pass on this draft. The Evidence Gate itself intentionally skips draft PRs, so green CI is not live model acceptance. No server, paid API, production or trading checks were run.
