Summary

  • Preserve qualified native cashBalance and the bounded raw securitiesAccount.type from the same account response through reports and account-facts publishing.
  • Declare USD cash independently using owner confirmation; buying power and withdrawal allowance remain separate fields. Legacy reports with no qualified cash still publish an empty cash list.
  • Pin QuantPlatformKit to the isolated, merged native-facts change 2dc0b26ad4f1255b7ba44c3fca49fa52036b1a18.
  • Add only the explicit USD cash declaration to the existing no-traffic image deployment. Preserve traffic, IAM, Scheduler and other configuration checks; reject secret references, duplicate declarations and conflicting currency values.

Validation

  • Relevant observation, publishing, broker-adapter and execution tests: 109 passed.
  • Final deployment guard suite: 28 passed; both deployment shell checks passed.
  • Ruff, actionlint, lock consistency, compile and diff checks passed.
  • Independent material review passed after bounded decimal, secret-reference and formatter corrections.
  • Actual installed cloud SDK formatter was verified with synthetic absent/present service and revision cases; current service reads confirmed the absent cash declaration and existing USD net-assets declaration.

Real balance refresh, active revision adoption and natural update cycles are separate acceptance steps. This PR does not enable trading, expand IAM, change strategy or risk budgets, or resume stopped accounts.
