Summary

Moves Q10 map rasterization and palette building out of roborock.map.b01_q10_map_parser and into roborock.map.b01_q10_render so that:

  • b01_q10_map_parser is strictly responsible for decoding wire packets (bytes -> Q10MapPacket / Q10TracePacket) without PIL or vacuum_map_parser_base dependencies.
  • b01_q10_render owns the complete rendering pipeline (Q10MapPacket -> MapData / PNG bytes), eliminating the redundant B01Q10MapParser wrapper class that was only called directly by tests.

Keeping this in draft for now to avoid creating rebase/merge conflicts for the in-flight Q10 PR stack (#934, #935, #937, #938, #939).
