Fixes #225

Description

Updates docs/V1_API_COMMANDS.md with:

  • The full enumeration of standard water box custom modes (200 through 209) as defined in WaterModes.
  • A note explaining how vacuum-only (water_box_custom_mode = 200) and mop-only (set_custom_mode = 105 / VacuumModes.OFF) are configured.
  • Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra and S7 MaxV Ultra device compatibility confirmation.
  • CLI example command for quick reference.
