- rename wrapper_codegen to codegen and update imports, tooling, CI, and test layout - centralize declaration-expression parsing, normalization, provenance, rendering, and evaluation - preserve native specification-function calls and resolve same-module, imported, and standalone origins - add standalone prototype contracts with generated abstract interfaces where required - support logical array kind widths and richer declaration shape expressions - refresh wrapper artifacts, contracts, documentation, stage examples, and focused coverage - clarify codegen/printer structure and keep policy decisions before planning
