Update Jackson version to beta39
JitPack answers with 404 while a tag is missing from the ref list it caches from GitHub, so the warm-up run right after the tag is pushed fails. Retry that answer instead of treating it as a build failure, and read the status from the response, since curl --fail cannot tell 404 apart from a timeout.
