Removes the leading [SPEAKER] routing marker from voice segments while preserving normal mentions of speaker. Adds a regression test and a conservative Biz-Windows update guide covering slide vision and existing configuration. The slide transport itself was already present in v0.17.11. Verified: 338 Python tests.
