In production, the settings in the PreferencesDialog are getting stuck. When a toggle/setting is changed, a success toast is shown, then if you exit the dialog box and navigate back to the settings again, the toggle is in the state it was in before it was modified. The API is working correctly and shows the correct setting before and after modification so this is a UI bug
