Summary
Adds a focused validation test comparing PowerMCP PSS/E tool results against the native PSS/E Python API.
Validation
The test compares:
abusreal)amachreal)aflowreal)The comparison uses an absolute tolerance of
1e-5.The test is skipped automatically when PSS/E or the validation case is unavailable, so standard open-source CI does not require a commercial PSS/E installation.
The validation was executed locally against PSS/E Xplore 36.7 and passed with:
