feat(print): print target, custom format, and url support

[Pistonight]

• print target (stdout/err) can be set with cu::cli::print_to and cu::cli::animate_to
• custom format macros can be made with cu::custom_print! macro (declare your macro that calls this macro)
• clickable urls now display properly and should be preferred when displaying URLs
