A new outputString is added, basically the same as the healer one but for the ranged position: 
Due to last tower set not having all players with markers and the way getHTMRPartnerMarker was coded, I broke out the getHTMRPartner portion to its own function as we don't care about the marker players have for these baits. |

This disambiguates the even tower bait calls for DPS players when there is a Melee DPS and a Phys Range or Caster DPS in the Forsaken Group.
