• Configures Houdini 22.0.408 and its Python 3.13 runtime.
• Updates the local PXR imported-target shim for Houdini’s USD 26.05 libraries.
• Retains the required usdviewq target.
• Configures C++20, MaterialX shader support, and Qt-free builds.
• Adds Houdini-compatible Boost.Python and Boost.Asio handling.
• Configures Houdini’s Vulkan include path and library.
• Updates OpenImageIO’s Python paths for Python 3.13.
• Keeps MoonRay’s Hydra commands and macOS build options aligned with the H22 environment.

The temporary USD-target removal and subsequent usdviewq restoration were consolidated into one commit, so this branch contains only the final target set.

This was validated as part of the complete Houdini 22 umbrella build in #276. The split branch was not rebuilt separately.

While #273 remains open, GitHub will also display its dependency-refresh commit. Once #273 merges, this PR reduces to the focused toolchain commit.
