Updated the Metal GPU accelerator map to use the standard C++ atomic implementation.

std::atomic<MetalGPUPrimitiveGroup*>instead oftbb::atomic<MetalGPUPrimitiveGroup*>, providing compatibility with newer oneTBB versions where the legacy TBB atomic type is no longer available.The required
