Implement Control of X-Live

Out current Implementation of X-Live ist not fully working.

Start over and implement it with MixerParameters:

• detect Card state (Ok, Removed, Write Protect, Error, ...)
• detect Remaining Space
• Read Session
• Playback
• Read Metadata
• Record
• Delete
• Format SD-Card
• Markers
