docs(links): fix the remaining broken links in the weekly link check - #733

The weekly link check still reports 403s for the EDEKA store page and two Digitransit developer pages; both sites reject automated checkers. Cite the EDEKA listing by market number instead of linking it, since the business-name retrieval note only needs the source. Ignore the Digitransit developer pages in .lycheeignore. docs.openweather.co.uk serves an expired TLS certificate and now redirects to openweathermap.org. Link the OpenWeather FAQ on openweathermap.org for attribution rules and the brand guidelines page for logo downloads instead. What changed and why
After #732, the weekly link check in #247 still reports five errors. This PR fixes all five:
docs/docs/developer/business-name-address-retrieval.md: the EDEKA store page returned 403 to the checker. It is now cited by market number (408935) instead of linked; the note only needs the source of the listing's address and phone..lycheeignore: ignoreshttps://digitransit.fi/en/developers/. The two developer pages cited inpackages/otp-client/schema/NOTICE.mdreturn 403 to the checker on every run.apps/web/public/attribution/README.md:docs.openweather.co.ukserves an expired TLS certificate, and in a browser it redirects toopenweathermap.org. lychee --dumpon the three files no longer lists the EDEKA, Digitransit ordocs.openweather.co.ukURLs, and lists the two new OpenWeather URLs.docs.openweather.co.uk/faqredirects toopenweathermap.org/faqand thatopenweather.co.uk/brand_guidelinesloads without a certificate warning. I couldn't open these pages from this environment.Not performed: a GitHub Actions run of the Link check workflow. Run it manually after merge to confirm.
