Label EV plan fallbacks, non-ad-hoc tariffs and availability time #413
Description
Deliverable
Three small honesty fixes on existing EV planning:
- When the road-network matrix fails and
integrations/routing/ev-plan.tsfalls back togreatCircleMatrix, emit aPlanWarning(e.g.road-matrix-unavailable) and show it on the plan. - When the costed tariff isn't ad-hoc, qualify the price as a member/roaming rate, so it isn't shown as what anyone pays.
- Show the observation time ("as of HH:MM") next to "available of total" in
EvPlanCard.tsx, using the existingupdatedAt.
Out of scope
The driver eligibility contract, retry/confirmation policy and reroute-race requirements. Driver-specific quotes (#420) are closed.
