Proposed changes

Projects can now keep their model and texture assets in Stelaris and see them on a new Models page in the assets group of the sidebar. Each model opens as a detail page with a three.js preview, its info, the items using it and its textures, where a missing texture is marked and can be uploaded under the key the model refers to. From its header a model can be downloaded, updated with a new file and rolled back to an earlier version, and an update or restore is refused if someone else changed the file meanwhile. Item components also gained a model picker with the same preview, which only draws while its view changes.
