fix(infra): make daemon-binding.sh executable again

The Linux desktop change (#483) committed infra/aws/hosted-path-test/daemon-binding.sh as 100644, so running it as the setup steps say failed with "Permission denied". This restores 100755. Found while updating a production daemon.
