fix: Add missing aria-labels to icon-only buttons in CompareForm #243

The Swap Users (ArrowLeftRight) and Reset (RefreshCw) buttons in src/features/comparison/components/compare-form.tsx currently set title attributes but lack explicit aria-label attributes.

Motivation

Assistive technologies and screen readers rely on aria-label on icon-only interactive elements to provide accessible descriptions to visually impaired developers.

Tasks

• Add aria-label={t("form.swap")} to the swap button.
• Add aria-label={t("form.reset")} to the reset button.
• Verify keyboard focus accessibility and tooltip behavior.
• Run pnpm test and pnpm lint.
