Consolida os PRs do Dependabot #63 (analyze) e #64 (init), e corrige o workflow de saudação.
codeql-action 4.37.3 → 4.37.6
initeanalyzesão bumpados juntos (mesmo SHA5595cca). Quando ficam em versões diferentes, o job "Analyze TypeScript" falha — por isso não dá para mergear os dois PRs do Dependabot separados. Oupload-sarifdo scorecard já está em 4.37.6.Fecha #63 e #64.
Greetings não saúda mais bots
O job de saudação estava comentando em todo PR do Dependabot, que é outro bot — não um novo contribuidor humano. Adicionada a condição
if: ${{ !endsWith(github.actor, '[bot]') }}, pulando o job para qualquer autor bot (dependabot[bot] etc.).
