nebo.share: a file into Work, and Nebo's Share dialog on it - #9

The page hands Nebo a file (name + text). Nebo puts it into Work beside the chat the app is open on and opens its one Share dialog on it; the owner picks who can open the link. nebo.share({ name, content }): POST/api/v1/apps/{id}/sharewith the chat from?thread=. Nebo writes the file into Work and opens its own Share dialog on it, so the page never calls the share API.
