- Enroot package lists (enabled by default, GitHub URLs) added to the mirror set - DCGM corrected: installed as dcgm_pkg_name from the CUDA repo, no separate mirror - Kubespray offline doc path corrected to docs/operations/offline-environment.md - Publication commands now cover every repo/key URL used in the config example, keys travel on their own ISO and are checksummed

Integrates the deploy-airgapped skill row (#1376) alongside the MAAS skill row in skills/README.md; identical resolution to the prior branch update, re-pushed by the PR author so the reviewer's approval survives.

Add the deploy-airgapped operator skill
What this is
Create the missing public DeepOps skills/deploy-airgapped/SKILL.md from the current repository's real airgap documentation and validators. It must be a self-contained field procedure covering preconditions, exact mirror/archive/import commands, inventory/config inputs, the Slurm and Kubernetes deployment paths, --cuda-image overrides for offline Kubernetes validation, machine-readable validation gates, cleanup, and observed failure branches. Do not invent private infrastructure, live-test claims, or unsupported product behavior. Update skills/README.md. Keep the card documentation-only and local; do not push or open a PR.
