Added front matter to remove 'moved page' from nav

Description

Re-added front matter published: false to old /personalisation/ page to ensure it does not continue to show up in the /using-nhs-notify/ sidebar, as advised by AI tool.

Context

'Moved page' is currently showing in the live sidebar navigation for /using-nhs-notify/, despite redirects and published: false being included in the front matter. Have checked the changes with AI tool, to ensure front matter is formatted correctly.
