Summary
Promote the validated MendCode v0.1.39 tree to
mainfrom a cleanmainbase. This replacement PR avoids the repository's squash-diverged history conflict while preserving the exactdevtree.Includes session-owner cancellation routing, global two-step Esc interruption outside prompt focus, bounded abort fallback, Windows native updater recovery, legacy SQLite migration repair, and synchronized release/docs metadata.
