• prepare MendCode v0.1.37 metadata and changelog
• harden macOS Loop one-shot scheduling/self-uninstall and bounded completion recovery
• validate workflow commands before execution and keep foreground --wait runs attached

Verification

• 397 focused tests: 396 passed, 1 manual LaunchAgent smoke skipped by design
• Darwin arm64 release build smoke: 0.1.37 and --help
• git diff --check passed
• global typecheck remains blocked by pre-existing test/server/httpapi-sdk.test.ts optional-response errors; no touched-file errors observed

The local onboarding state under src/mendcode/packages/opencode/.mendcode/ was intentionally excluded.
