Release

Promote the validated v0.1.36 tree to main using a destination-based branch. The resulting tree is byte-for-byte identical to origin/dev.

• stable large-session submit rendering and keyboard permission selection

Verification

• source PR release: prepare v0.1.36 #281 checks passed
