Same as the Drawable overload, with the image given as a URL that core loads (GroundImageState(bounds, imageUrl)).

Adds
MapViewScope.GroundImage(bounds, imageUrl: String, …)on top of the newGroundImageState(bounds, imageUrl, …)from MapConductor/android-sdk-core#23 (merged). The image is loaded by core and shown once it arrives.API: additions only (
apiCheckpasses). Verified on TB520FU through the sample's "image from URL" switch on MapLibre.
