概要
checkpoint/vector-style-20261010をdevelopに取り込みます。android-sdk-core の同名ブランチ（ベクタースタイル対応）に追随する変更です。developをマージする前に、各ファイルの改行コードをdevelopと同じに戻しました。checkpoint のコミットで多くのファイルが LF と CRLF の間で丸ごと書き換わっており、実際の変更が埋もれていたためです。内容は変わっていません。MapViewStyle/onStyleDiagnosticsを受け取れるようにしました。アプリがデザイン名ではなくベクタースタイル（com.mapconductor:vectorstyle）で地図の見た目を指定できます。build.gradle.kts、tilt エミュレーション）。
