This CLI has helped me a lot while building custom skills that hand work over to new T3 Code threads, thank you for making it! 😀
I found myself wanting to communicate with existing threads too, so I added commands for discovering, inspecting, messaging, settling, and unsettling them.
Combined with the existing handover functionality, this allows a skill to ask a thread running another model for a second opinion, or even orchestrate subtasks across new threads and read their results back. The implementation keeps the existing handover behavior intact and verifies writes against T3’s projections.
I realize this is a fairly substantial change and may be outside the scope you have in mind for the project, so there’s absolutely no pressure to merge it. I still wanted to share it in case you find the direction useful.
pnpm checkpasses with 47 tests.
