Add time awareness skill
Updated the description to include examples of direct questions related to time and date. Adjusted the reference to pacing checkpoints in the workflow section.
Workflow step 3 had regressed to citing the broader recheck.pacing section instead of the checkpoints field it actually needs, undoing a fix already recorded in SKILL.validation.md. Patch release so the recheck.pacing.checkpoints fix actually reaches installed users: plugin.json/marketplace.json/.codex-plugin pin an explicit version, so Claude Code's update mechanism only ships new content when that string changes.
