SPEC 0 recommends dropping Python 3.11 as of 2025 Q4, leaving 3.12 as the minimum supported version. Update requires-python, the version classifiers, the CI test matrix, and the README. SPEC 0 recommends dropping Python 3.11 as of 2025 Q4, leaving 3.12 as the minimum supported version. Should probably merge just before the next minor release, so patch releases don't break any user environments
