[BUG] Update Install Guide with Plume Impactor to reflect iOS 17.4+ installs

Hello! Not sure if this is the place to make suggestions/adjustments to the docs, but on this page on the docs, the guide using Plume Impactor does not mention the need to check "Use Remote Pairing" in the Utilities section of the software. If you don't check this box, you will not be able to refresh apps in the built in SideStore and it will give you errors related to misagent provided you're on iOS 17.4 or higher.

I suggest updating the Impactor section of the guide to reflect the need to toggle "Use Remote Pairing" on iOS 17.4+ devices.

Instructions to reproduce

1. Follow the guide for installing SideStore+LiveContainer using PlumeImpactor
2. Sign in to your Apple ID on Sidestore + enable local VPN
3. Attempt to refresh, it will fail
4. Reconnect USB, choose Utilities in Impactor, and toggle "Use remote pairing"
5. Click "install pairing"
6. Attempt to refresh all apps again, it will succeed

What version of LiveContainer and iOS are you using?

Nightly Release @ 20260913, SideStore 3.8.10, iOS 27.0

Verify steps

• I downloaded LiveContainer from releases / actions section or LiveContainer's AltStore source.
• I have the latest LiveContainer.
• I installed LiveContainer through AltStore/SideStore/Impactor/iloader/TrollStore or I'm confident that I signed LiveContainer correctly with all required entitlements.
