Gate manual deploys on the Tiny Wire drift check - #8

Runs scripts/check-tinywire-drift.sh on every push and PR: checks out tiny-wire at the tag matching src/lib/.tinywire-version and verifies the pin and vendored files match the pinned release byte for byte.
npm run deploy now runs scripts/check-tinywire-drift.sh before netlify deploy --prod --build, so a stale or hand-edited vendored tokens file blocks a manual deploy the same way it fails CI.

Follow-up to #7: CI now guards the repo, but Netlify CD is off, so a manual deploy could still ship drifted tokens. This adds the local gate.
package.json: newdeployscript (netlify deploy --prod --build) with apredeployhook runningscripts/check-tinywire-drift.sh— npm runs it automatically, sonpm run deployfails before touching Netlify if the vendored tokens are stale or hand-edited.
