Summary

The home page cards now line up. Each template card shares its rows with its neighbours, so the heads, highlights, commands and links sit at the same height across a row. Every highlight now fits on one line. The links on every card are badges that share the card's width and sit on its bottom edge.

On a phone, the three badges fit on one row. A long package name in a command now breaks after its dot instead of running off the card, which the MCP card did before. The page also picks up the text flow fixes from the personal site: no sideways scroll, and ".NET 10" stays on one line.

We previewed it on the live page at 1400, 900 and 375 pixels wide. Every highlight was one line, the rows lined up, there was no sideways scroll and no command overflowed.
