Summary
Adds two guides to every template for engineers working in a generated solution. "Test your changes" covers which of the four test projects a test belongs in, what each kind of code needs, and the same coverage command CI runs. "Work with a coding agent" covers
AGENTS.md, Jacques and the skills that ship with the solution. "How it's built" now opens by saying it describes the template's own pipeline and points to Set up CI for the one a solution gets.Related issues
Follows the consumer docs review in the pre-launch clean-up. Not on the board yet.
