Summary
Require a dedicated task worktree for every repository change and a local Codex review before every push and PR creation. After publication, wait for automatically triggered Codex reviews, fix actionable findings, and rebase merge once checks pass. If no bot review was triggered, proceed without manually requesting one.
Synchronize
AGENTS.md,CONTRIBUTING.md, and the PR template, and replace the previous per-action push restriction with task-scoped standing authorization. Delete the merged task branch and clean worktree after confirming the merge.Verification
git diff --checkpassed.git diff --check origin/main...HEADpassed after committing.codex review --base origin/maincompleted with no actionable findings.14a6fd3; no review findings or inline comments were observed. No manual bot trigger was sent.Merge Blocker
The Security workflow's
Dependency vulnerabilitiescheck failed:govulncheck found 13 reachable vulnerability finding(s) without an active exception. The change does not modify dependencies. Recent Security runs on the unchanged main branch also failed. Dependency remediation is outside this documentation change; do not bypass checks or merge while the failure remains. At the latest inspection, CodeQL and all eight Correctness jobs passed. The CI Image
Testjob was still running, and its downstream image build/smoke job had not completed; CI Image is not claimed as passed. The task branch and clean worktree remain available while blocked.Scope
No runtime behavior, dependencies, database migrations, or production operations change. Direct pushes to main, tags, releases, repository-setting changes, and bypassing protections remain outside this workflow's authorization.
