NU7 changes block spacing and fee accounting. The explorer currently treats any subsidy reduction as a halving, assumes 75 seconds in estimates, hides supply decreases, and rejects v6 transactions in the browser decoder.
This adds a 6h/24h/7d observed block-time chart and a separate fee/miner/NSM accounting panel to Network. Halving boundaries use the serving node’s network and activation schedule; unknown schedules and missing amounts remain unavailable. Supply charts retain observed decreases and missing values, and the fabricated future supply curve is replaced with recorded history. The decoder supports v6/Ironwood and labels NU7 while preserving historical v4 decoding.
Validation: live read-only API checks against Zakura 1.5.0; historical v4/v5/v6 browser fixtures plus explicitly synthetic NU7 branch-ID checks; schedule/rounding/unavailable-state regressions; typecheck, lint, mobile browser chart checks and server-HTML metadata checks. Real NU7 activation fixtures remain gated on scheduled testnet activation. This branch starts at current main and excludes unrelated redesign work. The existing v1 preview access policy is unchanged.
